Also, der Begriff lebende Sprache steht im Gegensatz zur toten Sprache, die zwar noch existiert, aber nicht mehr von einer Volksgruppe gesprochen wird.(Diskussion: Sind Latein, Esperanto lebende Sprachen?) Das Spanische ist eine lebende Sprache, die sich ständig entwickelt. Im Original steht "lebende Sprache", um zu verdeutlichen, dass es tatsächlich Leute gibt, die diese Sprache täglich benutzen, und ojo, mündlich und schriftlich, das heißt, es werden auch Einkaufszettel geschrieben, Spiele gespielt, bei denen geschrieben wird etc.
Es beschränkt sich also nicht auf die gesprochene, sondern umfasst auch die geschriebene Sprache. Dies wird durch den Ausdruck lengua hablada nicht abgedeckt.
Lengua viva wäre korrekt.
