Letztendlich ist das nur Marketing-Blabla. Die Herren X und Y werden die Vertreter halt nach dem Rundgang auf dem Messestand noch ein letztes Mal zu motivieren versuchen.

A las 16:00 horas y tras la visita del stand, el Sr. X y el Sr. Y se unirán a usted para mentalizarle a los días de la feria.

Explanation:
mentalizarle no me gusta. Me parece muy "fuerte". En cualquier caso sería "para" y no "a".
