Die Schwellenleistung können Sie anhand eines Laktatleistungstests durch ein Trainingsinstitut bestimmen lassen. Alternativ kann die Schwellenleistung näherungsweise auch mit der maximalen durchschnittlichen Leistung, welche über eine einstündige Belastung aufrechterhalten werden kann, gleichgesetzt werden.
