Täckpanel/skal/(dekor)ram Explanation: Först, jag misstänker att källtexten lånar fr. engelska. I tyskan förekommer Faszie främst inom anatomi. Du har helt rätt i att det är någon slags ram. Det beror lite på kontext, men ev. är det en dekorram som sitter utmed kanten på strålkastarglaset. Eller en mer funktionell ram som samtidigt fungerar som infästning.
