Det finns en bild på Seilwirbeltraverse om du går till första länken nedan, tyvärr är den för liten för att ge ett bra svar. "Swivel traverse" och "Traverse de pointe fixe" anges som engelsk och fransk term
Det jag är säker på är att det inte rör sig om hela kranen, Traverse betyder snarare tvärbalk.

Google hittar ingen "svivelbalk"...
