German to Swedish translations [PRO]
Marketing - Management / Försäljning | | German term or phrase: leistungsgerecht | I en platsannons står följande:
"Neben dem leistungsgerechten Einkommen erhalten Sie die Büroausstattung und ein Firmenwagen der Mittelklasse (...)."
Jag är osäker på om man för "leistungsgerecht" kan säga "fast lön plus traktamente" på svenska.
Det här hittade jag i ett tyskt forum:
"leistungsgerechte Entlohnung wird überwiegend mit Grundgehalt + Provision/Prämie/variablen Bestandteilen gleichgesetzt". |
