Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering | | German term or phrase: Aufnahme | Auf dem Gestell der Hauptbaugruppe Aufnahmestand ist die untere Aufnahme montiert. Eine Fotozelle sorgt dafür, dass das über die Fördertechnik einfahrende Rad in etwaiger Position über der Aufnahme stoppt. Der Hubtisch fährt nach oben, die Außenzentrierung schließt und zentriert so das Prüfrad.
Die Hubeinheit fährt die untere Aufnahme nach oben (zeitgleich wird die Außenzentrierung wieder geöffnet). Sobald das Rad vom Förderband freigehoben ist, wird die expandierende Aufnahme gespannt (zeitgleich fährt der Hubtisch nach unten).
Die untere Aufnahme drückt das Prüfrad mit fest eingestellter Kraft gegen eine Vulkolanscheibe. Dadurch wird das Rad plangespannt. |
