if it is the person who is making this duty; then "mutfak görevlisi"
if it is the duty made in the kitchen; then "mutfak görevi/hizmeti"

also, falls sich um ein Person handeln sollte, dann wäre die richtige Bezeichnung mutfak görevlisi
aber falls sie die Arbeit bzw. Dienst meinen, dann mutfak görevi bzw. mutfak hizmeti wäre rightig....hizmet is Dienst(-leistung) die man dient und görev ist mehr oder weniger die Arbeit die man gezwungenemaßen erledigt!!!!

disagree  Yusef: Falls es sich um eine Person handelt würde es nicht Küchendienst heissen. Hizmeti ist gegenbenerfalls als Übersetzung genau so richtig wie nöbeti, Sie können sich unter "http://www.dict.cc/german-english/Küchendienst.htm" davon überzeugen !!!!!+
