Greek term or phrase: Η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή διατηρεί δικαίωμα προαίρεσης

Πρόκειται για Πρόσκληση Υποβολής Προσφορών:

"Η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή διατηρεί δικαίωμα προαίρεσης αναφορικά με τη διαφοροποίηση της εγκατάστασης του εξοπλισμού".

Το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης ως όρος βρήκα ότι αντιστοιχεί στο "Option", ή στο "right of first option".

Δεν καταλαβαίνω όμως τι ακριβώς "θέλει να πει" η αρχική πρόταση...

Explanation:
Θα πρότεινα να μη χρησιμοποιήσεις το right of first option καθώς αναφέρεται σε άλλο πράγμα και αποδίδεται ως δικαίωμα προτίμησης (όχι προαίρεσης).

Δες και τις πηγές που παραθέτω στη συνέχεια για το τι ακριβώς σημαίνει. Καλή δύναμη!
