More bathroom terminology. This is under the heading ΜΠΑΝΙΕΡΑ.
Explanation: I think this must be the clothes line (often retractable) which extends over the bath tub for drying clothes (clearly because the sun is not hot enough in Cyprus to dry them outside!!)

As to why Κρεμάστρα μπάνιου and Σχοινάκι μπάνιου are lumped together as a single item, I think they're put together as "bath-related" items. The parts which are directly connected to the bath (mixer taps, shower attachment etc.) are listed one by one. I think the idea is: while you're about it, also have a look at the things which are near the bath (σχοινάκι and κρεμάστρα).
I don't really want to turn this question into "two for the price of one", but this is my idea about κρεμάστρα: I think it's κρεμάστρα για πετσέτες, i.e. a towel holder (towel rail or towel ring) near the bath. I'm led to this partly by the fact that under the heading ΝΙΠΤΗΡΑΣ, one of the items is Κρεμάστρα νιπτήρα (no mention of σχοινάκι there), which I take to be a towel holder by the washbasin. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Explanation: I'm selecting "medium confidence" because I'm not sure how this is related to κρεμάστρα found in the same sentence.
AFAIK, σχοινάκι μπάνιου is the cord near the bathtub in hotel bathrooms, which you pull if you're having an emergency.

Asker: OK, this seems possible too. It crossed my mind but I haven't encountered these in hotel rooms, so I wasn't sure.
Asker: The fact that it's put together with κρεμάστρα may be deceptive - I mean they may not be related. They are just a couple of extra things to be checked by the person who does the maintenance of the bath itself (taps, shower attachment etc.).
