Η δεξιά ημιδιατομή του τεχνικού υπογειοποίησης (cut & cover) στην περιοχή των Αγ. Αναργύρων (50% του δεξιού πασσαλότοιχου, πλάκα ημιδιατομής, εκσκαφές) και οι αντίστοιχες Η/Μ εργασίες.
Somewhere in this cut-and-cover structure, i.e. a kind of tunnel, there's the πλάκα ημιδιατομής.
Explanation: I bet you know how TBM's dig underground and build tunnels as they go forward. If you've noticed, at the back of this huge ( let's call it) train, they fit to the gravel walls, specific size concrete blocks, that make a ring as they go ahead. My guess is that here they talk about the "top down method", where the tunnel isn't cylindrical but thye just dig the right side of it, secure it with concrete and columns, and then procceed to the left side. So πλάκα ημιδιατομής, you might say it's the plate (or wall) of that right half side.

Well, the way you present it, it's a 50/50 call. However it is mentioned at your text above the right column wall. And that makes me think that half segmentation wall is eventually the wall that covers the columns at the right side of the entire project. Still as you say, it could also be the middle frame, that separates the two tunnels, and to that they may be reffering. It is basically matter of how you read the blueprints. Trust me on this, I know a few things about engineering. If you can give me a few more clues, I might be able to identify the whole thing.
Cut and cover: a trench is excavated and then roofed over. So it isn't a tunnel in the strict sense of a bored tunnel. In this cut-and-cover structure, there are railway tracks going in both directions. Two tracks on each side, I think. There may be a dividing wall in the middle. Could πλάκα ημιδιατομής possibly mean the dividing wall in the middle, or is it definitely at the side?

Asker: Thank you. "Top down" - doesn't that mean the top half first, and then the lower half? - but it seems they are digging the right side first, and then the left side, as you say. I'm looking through the text now, and have just reached the point where they use the term δεξιά ημιδιατομή.
