Δεν είμαι σίγουρος αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι "Περιφεριακή διεύθυνση". To πιό γνωστό "προεδρικό διάταγμα" εδώ μάλλον αποκλείεται.

Asker: das war ehrlich gesagt auch mein erster Gedanke...dazwischen lagen viele bis hin zum proedro tis dimokratias -asxeto wuerden meine Kids dazu sagen.... auch einen schoenen, erholsamen, besinnlichen, ruhigen (hahaha) Advent!!!
