Μεταφράζω κάποια SMS messages και η παραπάνω έκφραση εμφανίζεται έτσι...
Ίσως "God bless him";
Μήπως μπορεί κάποιος να βοηθήσει;

If this is seen outside the religious context (which is more often the case nowadays, especially in a string of SMS messages where people do not waste time on needless religious phrases), we are dealing with the ironic use of the phrase. What we mean is that someone is not really worth the trouble people went to for his sake.

And to make this a complete entry: in a religious context, the phrase normally appears next to a saint's name, e.g.
Όπως κι ο Άγιος Φανούριος, μεγάλη η χάρη του
