Η context diversity εκτιμά και εξετάζει το scheduling εκεί ακριβώς που σταματά η ομοιογένειά του. Πρόκειται δηλαδή για μια προέκταση της μελέτης του περιεχομένου πέραν των μεθοδολογικών στεγανών που εστιάζονται πάνω στην κατηγοριοποίηση ανά genre και γενικότερα στην κλασική τυπολογία του προγράμματος που εξετάζει τύπους εκπομπών, δηλαδή με αυτό που ασχολείται η content diversity. Η context diversity είναι η προσέγγιση εκείνη η οποία εξετάζει την πολυμέρεια των τακτικών διαφοροποίησης του περιεχομένου, διαφοροποίηση η οποία πηγάζει μέσα από την ίδια την ομοιογένεια, δηλαδή μέσα από την ανάγκη το πρόγραμμα να διαφοροποιηθεί, να καταστεί ανταγωνιστικό και να καταναλωθεί έτσι επιτυχώς (η επιτυχία ερμηνεύεται σε ποσοστά τηλεθέασης) από τους εν δυνάμει ή υποψήφιους τηλεθεατές.

agree  Epameinondas Soufleros: Ναι. Εναλλακτικά: "boundaries" ή "confines". Προτιμώ το δεύτερο, γιατί τονίζει τον περιοριστικό/ανεπαρκή χαρακτήρα του "μεθοδολογικού πλαισίου", κατά τη γνώμη μου.

agree  Dave Bindon: "Confines" sounds good, perhaps rephrased as "within the confines of the methodology". "Limitations" would suggest that the methodology itself is flawed, whereas the options suggested here convey the idea that a better methodology can't be used.
