Ολόκληρα τα ποσά των ανωτέρω λογ/σμών όπως προκύπτουν την 31-12-2003 επαναφέρονται στα αποτελέσματα με την προσθήκη των λογιστικών διαφορών, επειδή σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 4 παρ. 1 και του άρθρου 31 παρ. 1 του Ν. 2238/94, ο φόρος αυτού του νόμου, τα πρόστιμα και οι πρόσθετοι φόροι, τα φορολογικά πρόστιμα - προσαυξήσεις, οι προσαυξήσεις εισφορών ασφαλιστικών ταμείων κλπ. δεν αναγνωρίζονται για έκπτωση από τα ακαθάριστα έσοδα.
