Explanation:
since there is no indication as to what kind of <tamio> is involved, I take it that the medical health insurance co. or in Greek το ταμείο υγείας ή το ασφαλιστικό ταμείο is meant in the present case

<ταμειακά ένταξι>, κατά τη γνωμη μου, σημαίνει ότι το αποτέλεσμα του ελέγχου των λογαριασμών αποδείχτηκε εντάξι.Ιf it had to do with taxes, the certificate would have been issued by the tax authorities.

Ellen Kraus: yes, but without the word as this certificate may not be used as evidence of the firm´s financial situation. it corresponds λοιπόν στο πιστοποιητικό φορολογικής ενημερότητας.
