Explanation:
ii)(b) which, regardless of whether or not they have been discovered in a single or in several operations linked to each other , are estimated to cause overall fiscal damage in the Member States concerned in excess of EUR 500 000 in the area of VAT, or to cause damage to the Community’s financial interests of EUR 100 000 or more in the other cases covered by this Regulation; in the case of money laundering the threshold shall apply to the predicate infringement applies to the predicate offence;
(ii)(b) ανεξάρτητα από το αν έχουν εντοπισθεί σε μία μόνο ή σε πολλές πράξεις αλληλοσυνδεόμενες , εκτιμάται ότι προκαλούν στα αντίστοιχα κράτη μέλη συνολική δημοσιονομική ζημία υπερβαίνουσα τα 500.000 ευρώ στον τομέα του ΦΠΑ, ή ζημία στα οικονομικά συμφέροντα της Κοινότητας ανερχόμενη σε 100.000 ευρώ ή περισσότερα στις λοιπές περιπτώσεις που καλύπτονται από τον παρόντα κανονισμό. Εάν πρόκειται για νομιμοποίηση εσόδων από παράνομες δραστηριότητες, τα ως άνω κατώτατα όρια ισχύουν για την γενεσιουργό αδίκημα παράβαση ·
