Asker: Thank you, Angeliki. My problem here is that there are at least two other words in the list that could be translated as 'litigation'. Perhaps I will use 'lis pendens' here, on the assumption that επιδικία means (or often means) a pending legal action, judging by some Google examples I've seen!
