  -> No, it is two different words in same workspace, two professions in physical medicin, physiatrist is a doctor, I will send you documentation from England

agree  Dylan Edwards: The Oxford English Dictionary says "physiatrics" is the N. American term for "physiotherapy", but I'm inclined to think that (in specialist usage at least) there's a distinction.
