Directorate of Security Intelligence
Explanation:
The term "Directorate", albeit seemingly archaic, is de facto the preferred one used by the MoD in Greece for "Διεύθυνση". The collocation "security intelligence" is quite common, as a Google search will prove.

Interestingly, the Turkish National Intelligence Organization uses the same translation in English (see link below).

For comparison, and as background information, here are some examples of the use of the word "intelligence" by the British Army:

The Corps predicts what the enemy is going to do, while safeguarding our secrets and preventing the enemy from being able to predict what we are going to do. These core disciplines are Operational Intelligence and Counter Intelligence.
When their Ashford base was no longer large enough to support the new policy of Joint Service provision the Intelligence Corps relocated to Chicksands in Bedfordshire between 1995 and 1997.
The Intelligence Corps is now co-located with the Defence Intelligence and Security Centre (DISC) at Chicksands. The DISC is the UK Defence Agency responsible for training all service personnel in intelligence, security and information support.
