Pharmacy regulations are completely different in England (where 60% of pharmacies are owned by chains) and Greece (100% owned by an individual pharmacist). As such, a "pharmacy" in English is seen as 'a place where you can buy pharmaceuticals' rather than 'the business run by a pharmacist'.
As such, I think the English translation has to convey the idea of a single "pharmacy shop" with multiple owners, rather than the Greek idea of multiple businesses in a single building. |
