Greek term or phrase: ζαλάδες vs. ιλιγγος

Από μια αγωγή:
οι δε ζαλάδες που είχα εξελίχθηκαν σε ιλίγγους...

Η καημένη κυρία εξ αρχής είχε έντονες ζαλάδες σε όλο το κείμενο. Τις έβαλα "Schwindelgefühle" και σε ορισμένα σημεία (όπου μιλά για εντονες καταστάσεις) "Schwindelanfälle. Να όμως που 2 σελίδες πριν το τέλος εξελίσσονται και δεν ξέρω πως να το αυξήσω, χωρίς να γίνω γραφική.... (Taumel βρήκα, το απέρριψα...)
Ζαλίστηκα και δεν απέχω πολύ από ιλιγγο!!!!! Βοήθεια!!

Explanation:
Meines Wissens heißt ίλιγγος, dass sich alles um einen dreht, σκοτοδίνη dagegen, dass einem schwarz vpr Augen wird. ζαλάδα ist wohl der Überbegriff, und ich hätte auch "Schwindelgefühl" gesagt.
