Επιτροπή Πολεοδομικού & Αρχιτεκτονικού Ελέγχου

in questo caso io metterei
"commissione preposta al controllo architettonico"
non ho trovato in italiano niente a proposito di una commissione apposita per questo tipo di controlli, ma da quello che ho visto in rete ogni progetto deve essere sottoposto anche al "controllo architettonico e urbanistico" prima di essere approvato.
