Gujarati bolo chho? = Do you speak Gujarati?
Explanation:
Pl. note:

BOL is said casually (like to your wife, friend depending up on matter of communication)
BOLO is said respectfully (like to your senior, etc)

To say just informally, you could simply ask...
Just to fragment sentence better, "Gujarati Bole Chhe?" (Instead of "Bol" here which is meant exclusively for informal usage).

Asker: ok how is bol pronounced? and also i dont want if the speak it as i know how do i tell them to speak to me in gujarati.

-> To ask them to speak to you in Gujarati, you could simply say...
"Mari Saathe Gujaratimaan Vaat Karo" means (Talk to me in Gujarati)

-> To know if they can speak in Gujarati, you could ask...
"Gujarati Jano Chho?" OR "Gujarati Aavde Chhe?" means (Do you know Gujarati?)
