| | "Nu" = Of | Explanation: Here below, the words in "" are Gujarati words.
In Gujarati, vegetable is written as "Shaak" (શાક) and not as "Saak" (સાક) so here "Sh" represents Gujarati letter "શ", whereas "S" represents "સ".
"Maans Nu Shaak" = Vegetable of Meat
"Maans" = Meat
"Nu" = Of
"Shaak" = Vegetable
Here "Nu", "No", "Nee" are Gujarati prepositions like "of" in English, they form a part in relation to other pronouns.
Pl. feel free to ask for any clarifications.

For my fellow translator:
I'm a purely vegetarian guy and am unaware if non-veg world prepares vegetables or even pickles of meat items but I didn't find Ghosh as a Gujarati word and for me it was a simple meat and so mentioned it as I knew.
Hopefully you would agree and catch the sense of the meaning of the word rather than recipe part of it. |
