answer below
Explanation:
If you meant as...
1) "Ketlu Gum Chhe?" => How much gum is there?
2) "Kevu Gum Chhe?" => How is gum?

More nearest assumptions to your question:
3) "Ketlu Gamse?" => How much would you like?
4) "Kevu Gamse?" => How would you like?

To elaborate my answers 3, 4 above, the varients are GAMVU (ગમવું) = Like, GAME CHHE (ગમે છે) = Like / Likes, GAMSHE (ગમશે) = Would like, etc.

Pl. note that they're not written like 'GUM' in above Gujarati answers (because Gujarati 'GUM' sounds like GOO of GOOGLE, e.g. 'GUMDU' means as ABSCESS in English).

Pl. feel free to ask for any clarifications.

that I/someone like/likes you

Explanation:
The last word is probably gumeche. The presence of 'tu' definitely rules out the possibility of 'gum' here.

ke -> that
tu -> you
gumvu->like
