Yes, to asker: yes self realisation is most appropriately used in terms of soul realisation. |

Yes, I realize that now. I have to give this one a little more thought. In my opinion, in the context as I understand now even 'awareness' seems to be incomplete. I shall buy some more time from you. :)

Asker: In my opinion, in the context of the soul, awakening may not be the right word, as it is always awake. Perhaps 'awareness' may be better, as even though awake, the soul, (we) is not aware of its separation from the body etc. What do you think? Thanks for the answer.

Asker: In my opinion, the ultimate stage of jagruti is self-realization. However, the whole process of self-realization is jagruti, and there are various stages to it.
Thanks for taking time out to answer
Asker: As I mentioned, in my opinion, Jagruti means awareness, NOT self-realization - because, even awareness of the fact that I am NOT self-realized, is Jagruti. Thus jagruti or awareness can be used for any stage of a seeker - from one who is aware that he is not self-realized but wants to be, to someone who IS self-realized, who would be purna jagrut. Thanks for the time taken by all of you. Would appreciate any further discussion
