Explanation:
This sentence is formed in Perfect Present Present Tense. Hence, one can say differently as - "My head is aching." or "I have headache." Also, "mane mathu dukhe chhe" is exactly not correct Gujarati. It should be as "marun mathu dukhe chhe" OR "mane mathaman dukhavo chhe".
