It's simply systems built of various part (equipment, devices, machines, etc.). I think - if the text is only about elevators, you will be safe with elevator systems.

in this context simply means "equipment, machinery, mechanisms". I think any of these should do.

I don't really like facilities for elevators. It's more of a device (to me), but I'm not sure about device systems either. Can't you say Elevator Systems?
