מה שאני מבין מהמשפט הוא שאף אחד מהצדדים לא יוכל להשתמש ב"נכסי הקריירה" של השני כדי להעלות טענות כלפיו, כי הנכסים האלה הם אישיים.

ה"מכוחם" פירושו מכוחם של ה"נכסי קריירה" לאחר כלומר לצד השני.

נשמע הגיוני?

לדוגמא במשהו כמו סוכנות לדוגמנים, אם דוגמן מסוים הצטרף לסוכנות הודות לשם הטוב של אחד מבעלי הסוכנות, אם הסוכנות מתפרקת לא יוכל הבעלים השני לדרוש חלק מהרווחים של אותו דוגמן כי בעצם הרווחים האלה הם מכוחם של "נכסי הקריירה" של השני...
