  -> Yes. curiously there is no "official" translation for משנה סדורה / Akiva does not visit here anymore. Maybe he could shade some light from his religious knowledge since the original is the Mishnah.

Not exactly the Mishnah but Rosenthal has this to say:

משנה סדורה
השקפה מפורטת ומנומקת. לשון חכמים: "ויתרון הכשיר חכמה - כל שכן אם משנתו סדורה לו מעיקרא" (ת"ב תענית ח א). "לא עמדה עדיין לרשותו של סארטר אותה משנה סדורה ומפותחת שיצר אחר כך לשם אפיון הקבוצות בהיסטוריה" (ברינקר, 121).
