Hebrew to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / pension insurance contract | | Hebrew term or phrase: הוראות ההסדר התחיקתי | Legislative directives would be הוראות תחיקתיות. How do I incorporate the הסדר into this?
Legislative arrangement directives??? (seems like a mouthful).
In some places it appears as הוראות ההסדר התחיקתי and in other just as ההסדר התחיקתי
Two example sentences:
1) הפסקת הסכם זה כפועל יוצא מהוראות ההסדר התחיקתי לא תיחשב כהפרת ההסכם
2) (כל דין אשר קובע באופן ישיר או עקיף את אופן פעולתן של החברה ושל קרנות הפנסיה שהיא מנהלת (בהסכם זה - ההסדר התחיקתי |
