"... וכאן אני מגיעה לשאלה השניה – האם למבקשות זכות עקיבה אחרי כספי הנאמנות המוחזקים עבורה? ראשית יש לציין כי תרופה העקיבה הוכרה בארץ עוד בפס"ד ע"א 218/57 [1] הנ"ל ובעקבותיו ע"א 307/64 [2] הנ"ל וכן ע"א 400/67 מנחם הווארד נ' מאיר מלמד [3]. זאת על-אף שחוק הנאמנות אינו קובע או מקנה במפורש זכות כזו אלא בסעיף 3(א) לחוק המדבר על "פירותיהם ותמורותיהם של נכסי הנאמנות".

agree  Frank Mayers: I checked this in Black's Law Dictionarywhich gives the following definition" A creditor's right to recover a debtor's property after it passes to a third party" This would fit in very well with the quote you have provided.
