It's printed. Strange thing is I'm translating two statements from two different witnesses in the same case and the second statement does not have these two letters before the first line. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a typo since there are quite a few in the document.

Sorry. I should have given more context. Hope it's enough now. Unfortunately it's not the witness's initials. It is also not in the form ש"ת which may have some bearing. I'm just wondering if it's שורה something or other since it does appear at the very beginning of the first line of the statement. If stuck, I guess I'll have to phone the police and ask.

The case is a major fraud case involving large sums of money. What follows the שת is the statement made by one of those interviewed in connection with the case. Thanks but what you suggest doesn't fit in this case.
