Explanation:
This definition is less "criminal court"-ish.

Maot:
במשפט האזרחי, החלטה - זמנית או סופית- של בית המשפט בעניין שנדון בפניו.
במשפט הפלילי פסק דין כולל הכרעת הדין וגזר הדין. פסק דין כולל, בדרך כלל, את הפרטים הבאים: סיכום תמציתי של העניין, ממצאי בית המשפט לגבי העובדות המהותיות, השאלות שעמדו להכרעה ולבסוף - ההחלטה ונימוקיה.

I think "Decision" is better as all other options (judgement/verdict/sentence) all have criminal connotations (and are related to punishments). Whereas in this type of court procedure, the judge isn't punishing anyone, he's making a decision about custody of the child, who get's the child etc. The link I attached shows how it is used in English.
