Hebrew to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Cardiology / bypass surgery terminology
Hebrew term or phrase: קצה לצד - צד לצד
This is a question of proper medical terminology. In a description of where the bypasses were "installed" (I know that's not the right term) there is a list of "this to that", "that to there", etc.
It's not the literal translation of the words I am after, but the accepted phrasing of it in medical English. Here are the "moves":
וריד קצה לקצה למרגינלי
וצד לצד למרגינלי
ממארי לקדמי היורד
And what is that extra LAMED in there? For example my literal (and poor) translation of the first one would be Vein End to End to Marginal. Does it mean the end of the one vein to the end of the Marginal? (I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on television). Thanks.

Explanation:
I think this could be suitable, simply because in a bypass procedure you have to insert it from one certain point of the vein up to the end the doctors should consider suitable.

But I need more data... if you can provide it, I could be of help. Thanks a lot!
