In a catheterization summary, one of the headers (just above "arteries treated" was טיפול (ע.ק) ש
(ignore the shin, it's the only way I could get the parentheses to close)
What is AYIN KOOF? The AYIN probably has something to do with arteries but the KOOF..........? Any suggestions?

Probably orek coronary... in proper Hebrew it would be orek klili, but since when do we find proper Hebrew on medical forms....
