Medical - Medical (general) / is this a typo?

Hebrew term or phrase: דםם סובדורלי קמרוני מימין

In a hospitalization summary, a person took a fall and cut their head. It was defined as causing a דמם סובדורלי קמרוני מימין
I am guessing that קמרוני may be a typo, or at least I don't find it by Googling, unless they mean that the laceration was in the shape of Cameroon, which is unlikely. Anyone have an idea of what they intended to say?

Explanation:
The Academy (http://hebrew-terms.huji.ac.il/) has one entry for קמרוני
סֶכֶר קִמְרוֹנִי, סֶכֶר קִמְרוֹן
arch dam סכרים (תשכ"ז) , 1966

So, conceivably it could be referring to the shape of an arch.

In the link below it shows how this term has appeared before but wasn't clarified then either unfortunately.

I'm giving a medium confidence level as I think this one is pretty obscure, but hopefully it is more to go on (it's more likely to be Arch shaped than Cameroon shaped...I think).

This "concave shape that follows the curve of the brain" could also be described as "arched" I guess. - A possibility.
