slow capillary refill
Explanation:
"In order to manage leg ulcers it must first be determined if the ulcers are ... with slow capillary refill, it points to arterial disease"
http://www.examiner.com/public-education-in-savannah/leg-ulc...

"Arterial ulcers will be painful and be on ischaemic feet (cool, slow capillary refill and absent pulses while neuropathic ulceration is often painless in an insensate "
http://leedsvascularinstitute.org/examinations.php

I can't find any entries for "slow capillary fill" but loads come up with "refill", so I'm being swayed by sheer numbers.

- Scratch that, there are a handful of entried for "fill", but the top one is talking about a dog, they get progressively more irrelevant. In the arena of leg sores, "refill" reigns (on Google).

agree  Odded Leon: Capillaries are normally always full, when you press the skin and it turns white that's you manually emptying the capillaries. After that you can test refill rates by measuring the time until color is regained. Hebrew uses "fill" because it's 1 only word
4 hrs
