I assume they mean רעלת הריון but am unsure if this is mostly translated to toxemia or pre-eclampsia, or something else if my assumption is wrong.

My medical dictionary gives both definitions but according to Wikipedia:
toxemia is "An outdated medical term for Pre-eclampsia"

Also my sister had pre-eclampsia with her first child, and this is how all the doctors referred to it.
