| | English translation:גמר הליך | Explanation: I'm quite sure the first word is גמר. The second word seems to be הליכים in short form (maybe?), i.e. .הליכ
כמ"כ is an abbreviation of כמו כן.

Did you post the entire line or is it just a section from it?
Anyway, according to the sentence, the words גמר הליכים refer to the car, not the divorce. It could well be that there is some procedures with the car that go beyond the date of the גט.
When I posted my answer I wasn't sure about הליכים, hence my low confidence level. However, after you comment I am quite sure it is הליכים.

Typo: there are (not is) some procedures... sorry.

In other words:
"Additionally, even after the procedures concerning the car are over, he is obligated to bring her another car." |

8 mins confidence: and
Explanation: Looks as if it could well be a short version of כמו כן but I can't really see any good reason why anyone would want to shorten that, hence my low level of confidence.

Asker: I am not sure if it fits the context. The document is a divorce agreement issued after giving the get; in other words, everything is already done and agreed.
Asker: Can it be "after the car life time ends"?
Asker: Ah, I see. This makes sense.
