Hebrew term or phrase: דיון נוסף diyun nosaf
In Israel, the Supreme Court can decide, either of its own accord or per request of either of the parties, after an appeal has been decided, that the case merits special discussion by a special, wider form of the Supreme Court, because it involves an important point of law that should be considered. I'm looking for the name of this special additional proceeding. Is there an equivalent in other common law systems? US? UK? Canada? Australia? What is it called?

Explanation:
I think this should suffice - especialy since the Israeli term isn't context-specific either.
