the usual spelling is 'Moche' or 'Moshe' and it means 'drawn out'. The English equivalent is Moses and in French it is 'Moןse' (the Biblical Moses was drawn out of the water).

Zev (also Zeev or Ze'ev) means 'Wolf'.

Explanation:
Context would help.
This occurs as a female name in Eastern Europe and was probably written in Yiddish, might have a Hebrew root or some other root.

Rabbi Gorr's book on names might help but I don't have it around.

I'm assuming the "ch" is as in German and Hebrew. Otherwise, Mecha is a Russian man's name meaning sword, which I do not believe anyone named Zev would have used.

The vowels are very unstable in such names, could be makha/mikha/mikhe/etc

Post in Yiddish if we have it (didn't think to look), or Polish/Russian otherwise.

Or wait for somebody more knowledgeable to wander by.

Explanation:
Zev as a last name was common in the
Pale of Settlement. See Alexander Beider's encyclopedia of Jewish last names.

Meche occurred as a first name in the Pale of Settlement. Hence the possibility that the name Meche Zev was Meche Zev. (!)

If you assume the French spelling of Hebrew in an English language question, plus a misprint then yes, it may well
be Moshe Zev, a modern Israeli name.

On the other hand, if these are family documents, dating from 1900 or earlier, then that would not be the case.

Context would be determinative.
