I'm not at all sure this is the same idea - the Hebrew phrase refers to gain through a bad deed, while the English refers to a double bad deed, not the benefit - but it does sound good and I suppose it depends how literal the translation is supposed to be, and how imortant conveyance of the meaning is. The problem is I can't think of anything else at the moment...maybe built on top of dead bodies? climbing over corpses? There is an expression out there somewhere...
