Office space for rent ברמת מעטפת -
I think this means that you rent the space only and can build your office in it on your own. I'm not sure of the extent - is it completely unbuilt, or just unfurnished? I need either a corresponding term or at least an explanatory one in English.
This is for an urgent job so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! |

| | English translation:non-partitioned office space | Explanation: In office space rentals, this term is used to refer to fully-built office space, usually including all necessary infrastructure, but without the internal partitioning walls.
I don't think there's a precisely equivalent term in English, but non-partitioned office space is pretty self-explanatory. |
