I think this is your closest bet.
I don't think it's plot or lot because these are reserved for smaller portions of land.
I don't think there is another determined translation for this.
To give you an idea of what a Mishbetzet is:
.משבצת חקלאית הינה משבצת קרקע בהסדר של מנהל מקרקעי ישראל מול אגודה חקלאית ביישוב כפרי
.ההסכם הוא של האגודה והמנהל ולא של אדם אחד מול המנהל האגודה מחלקת את המשבצת בין חבריה.
(המשבצת איננה חלקת אדמה קטנה)
