Marketing - Real Estate / Description of apartments for sale
Hebrew term or phrase: מפרט עשיר
This has become a cliché in real estate advertising. It means that the building specification includes lots of amenities.
"Rich specification", does not sound right.
US variety, if possible.

guess rich refers to high quality real estate, so my suggestion would be high specification.
