disagree  Textpertise: It is a listing of the individual mitzvot one by one explaining them. The explanations may be philosophical but it is not correct to say that it is a philosophy of Mitzvah observance - rather the reasons for the mitzvot from the perspective of chassidut.

  -> 3 things: 1) it's a course title; you want it to be terse. 2) my suggestion does not necessarily mean that you cannot discuss individual mitzvot. 3) presumably the text studied would be "Derekh Mitzvotekha" by the 3rd Chabad Rebbe- in which case it's both
