neutral  Moshe Devere: "Igrot" are not always letters or correspondence. Mostly they are responsa to questions in Halacha; e.g., Igrot haRambam - Maimodes' Letters; Igrot Moshe mentioned, are responsa. "Igeret haRamban" is a published ethical guide by Nachmanides to his son.

-> Moshe, Igrot HaRambam are not responsa. They are his correspondences with other communities. Teshuvot HaRambam are his responsa, and in general Teshuvot are distinguished from Igrot in this way.
