Hebrew to English translations [PRO]

Hebrew term or phrase: ללא חשש חדש
This appears on a kashrut label. As non-observant Jew, I have no idea what this means, not to mention what the English translation would be. Please help!

חדש אסור מן התורה. חדש הוא אחד מחמשת מיני דגן: חיטה, שעורה שיפון ושיבולת שועל וכוסמין (לא כוסמת!)
כאשר זורעים אותו לאחר חג ראשון של פסח אסור לאוכלו עד י"ז בפסח הבא שהוא יום הקרבת קרבן העומר. זאת אומרת שאם זרעו אותו מיד לאחר פסח יקצרו אותו בערך בחודש תמוז-אב, ויהיה אסור משך שמונה חדשים באיסור דאורייתא לאוכלו.
איסור זה שייך לא רק בארץ ישראל אלא בכל העולם כולו ולכן צריך זהירות מופלגת שלא להכשל באיסור חמור זה. עיין עוד במשנ"ב סימן תקט סעיף י´.
ולכן יש להקפיד שכאשר קונים מוצרים מחו"ל (ועדיף לקנות רק תוצרת הארץ) יהיה כתוב עליו "ללא חשש חדש".

I wild guess - in any case, whoever cares most probably knows Hebrew anyway, so translation is not really necessary IMHO
